COFFEE SERVING TRAY OR MEN'S VALLET
I made this coffee serving tray out of a router bit meant for making bowls.
These aren't chopping boards. Although the looks are darn close, no, these are not the type that meets the butcher knife. They are too shiny and gleaming, one that I applied layers upon plies of topcoats, sealers, and all that Jazz. And these are nasty chemicals when ingested. Hence, not a chopping board.
It is a coffee serving tray. It can also stand for snack trays or a breakfast tray of toasts, jam, butter, and marmalade, and a hot steaming "sikwate." You also see them in restaurants that serve a hearty PM snack. A hamburger as big as a Mac with its French fries cohort makes for a perfect pair on a wooden platter.
SERVING TRAY

Another utility that we are less familiar with is that it can be elegant storage for men's random stuff. The ladies may have many more sundries to stow and a box to keep things tidy, but men need them more than a lady's want to store all their vainglories in one place. For instance, adult boys need a place for their wallets, car keys, wristwatches, mobiles, and a utility pocket knife, perhaps. And it is nice to have them all in one place, so when we need them, we get them all in one fell swoop.
GENTLEMEN'S VALLET

A MAN'S PERFECT GIFT
So ladies, when you are out in the market for something to surprise your man, give him his gent's valet. He'll adore you more.
